We're happy to share the news! We were awarded with the Cooperative Quality Acknowledgment, Reconocimiento a la Calidad Cooperativa (RECC) by Dirección Provincial de Acción Cooperativa, Provincia de Buenos Aires.
We obtained the acknowledgment after participating in a training program on processes, quality assurance and cooperativism, while being visited by evaluators who followed our organizational management.
RECC is a very prestigious quality certification, given to cooperatives that meet social, productive and institutional standards, akcnowledged by its clients and the cooperative movement.
For more than 15 years, one of gcoop's goals is to show that cooperativism is an option of democratic management that can create better services and add more value and local development, that's why we're very happy for having received this acknowledgment. Now, we have the goal of helping other cooperatives, so they can get this certification and improve their management.
Besides, this is an important step for our actions in our new offices in Buenos Aires province, located in Marcos Paz. We will seek to generate new productive projects from there.
